Every Cell In Our Body Requires Oxygen, Just This Fact Alone Makes The Breath Incredibly Powerful.
Learning to control and use the breath to our advantage, allows us to harness some of that power to improve our life.

One small practice is just taking a moment to pause and just notice your breath.  This is important because so often we dash through our days without paying attention to one of our most precious gifts, our breath. So, take a moment and notice the way the breath feels as it enters and exits your nostrils, the rise and fall of your chest and belly, and the feeling of oxygenated blood traveling through your body. Then perhaps allow yourself to feel a bit of gratitude for your breath and all that your body does for you each day.
