In this 60-minute sanctuary, we will:
Connect & Reflect: Join a small circle of women for a powerful reflection on loving yourself through the mess—learning to gently embrace the parts of your life that feel unfinished.
Breathe: Experience a gentle, trauma-informed breathwork ritual to help you release the pressure of the day.
Integrate: Leave with a simple daily ritual to help you stay firmly rooted in your truth.
