The Heart Behind My Practice
For a long time, I lived with a constant, quiet sense of awkwardness. I felt out of step with the world, as if I were moving to a rhythm no one else could hear. I didn’t realize then that my awkwardness was actually a sign of how deeply I was connected to everything around me. I was an emotional sponge, absorbing the feelings, tensions, and hidden weights of every room I entered until I felt too "full" to know where I ended and the rest of the world began.
I spent years trying to smooth out those edges, thinking I needed to be "thicker-skinned" or more "normal" just to fit in.
I created The BLOOM Way because I learned that this sensitivity isn't something that needs fixing. I stopped trying to hide my awkwardness and started learning how to gently discover my inner truth. This is a safe space for sensitive women who feel everything deeply and are ready to stop surviving and start truly thriving in their own skin.
A Safe Space to Just Be
I know what it’s like to sit with others and feel your own peace slowly slip away as you take on everyone else’s stress. It is exhausting to hold space for the world while your own heart feels unsettled and "cluttered" by emotions that aren't even yours. I understand that deep longing for quiet—the kind of quiet where you can finally filter out the noise and find you again.
In this space, you don’t have to carry any of that. We use a gentle, somatic approach to help you:
Love Yourself Through the Mess: Gently embracing the days when you feel "too much," "not enough," or overwhelmed. We lean into the truth that you are worthy of care, even when things feel heavy.
Release the Absorbed Weight: Using your breath to clear away the emotions you’ve picked up from others so you can feel lighter and freer in your own body.
Return to Calm Clarity: Moving away from the person the world expects you to be and returning to the quiet, steady, beautiful person you have always been.
