While training as a Health Coach taught me how to nourish my body, I soon realized that my heart still held onto the pain. I needed an approachable way to let go of the emotional weight I was carrying.
That’s when Trauma-Informed somatic breathwork quite literally found me. I was hesitant at first, but the very first experience was a true turning point.
It felt like a kind, wise hand reaching into my core, offering a gentle release for the deep-seated stories and tension that had been held quietly within my body and nervous system for years. The realization was gentle, yet profound: I didn't just have to survive anymore—I could truly thrive.
I became a certified Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach and guide, committed to showing others that the power to heal lies within their own body, accessible through the Somatic Release & Bloom Approach (BRSM).
