There’s no room for you in your own life right now.
A Safe Place to Land
On March 25th— I am inviting you to stop pushing. We aren't here to "fix" anything or add another goal to your list. We are here to clear the mental clutter and turn off the "on" button that’s been stuck for too long
In this session, you will:
- Lower Your Stress Levels: Use specific, body-based breathing techniques to settle your nervous system after a long day.
- Clear Mental Fog: Use a simple daily ritual to help you organize the "mental tabs" that are always open in your brain.
- Release Physical Tension: Address those "mysterious" aches and the heavy feeling in your chest caused by holding it all together for everyone else.
- Love Yourself Through the Mess: Practice gently embracing the parts of your life that feel unfinished or imperfect, leaning into the truth that you are worthy of care, even on the days when things feel heavy.
When our 90 minutes are up, you won’t have to "go" anywhere. You’ll simply close your laptop and be right back in your home, but you’ll feel different. You’ll have more mental space, a clearer head, and a sense of calm that stays with you for the rest of the evening.
