This free, community-focused weekly session is a warm, gentle space to support your healing journey. I will guide you through simple somatic breathing techniques designed to:
- Gently regulate your nervous system, moving you out of 'fight or flight.'
- Connect you to your body's innate wisdom in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
- Cultivate a sense of inner peace, self-love, and grounded clarity.
This is a trauma-informed space: We move at your pace, honor your boundaries, and ensure you feel safe, supported, and empowered throughout the session. No experience is necessary—just come as you are.
