As we approach Thanksgiving, there's a powerful message everywhere about gratitude lists and giving thanks. But for so many of us, that kind of gratitude can feel a little hollow. We may be listing all the things we're grateful for, but inside, we still feel that sense of something missing. You're not alone. I see you. So many of us feel this way, longing for a deeper sense of fulfillment.
That's because true abundance isn't found in what we have, but in what we are. The most powerful form of gratitude is an introspective journey, one that takes us inward to recognize the resilience, strength, and love that already dwells within us. It’s about being thankful for the unique person you are and the remarkable journey you've traveled. It's about remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.
Here is a simple journaling practice to help you begin this journey today.
Bloom Boldly and Beautifully Reflection
Take a quiet moment with your journal and write down the answers to these two questions:
What's one difficult moment from this year that you're now grateful for, because of what it taught you?
What is one quality about yourself—your kindness, your courage, your humor—that you can honor today, just for being you?
When you answer these questions, you begin to see that you are the source of your own gratitude. It's a gentle way to cultivate a feeling of "enough" from within.
When you learn to love and appreciate yourself from the inside out, you open yourself up to a new kind of connection—with your own heart, with others, and with the world. If you're ready to go deeper, to use breathwork, meditation, and EFT to truly embody this sense of worth in your body and soul, then I invite you to join me.
Let's go beyond the basic gratitude list. Join me for The Roots of Gratitude workshop and learn how to tap into an abundance that truly fills you up, helping you bloom beautifully from within.
