We aren't going to add another task to your plate. Instead, we are going to clear the space. Using the BLOOM way, we will spend an hour together in a gentle breathwork ritual designed specifically for the sensitive heart.
In this 75-minute sanctuary, we will:
- Ground: Use tapping to physically signal to your brain that it is safe to relax.
- Clear: Journaling to get the mental clutter out of your head and onto paper.
- Release: A guided breathwork ritual to shift out of "fight or flight" and into calm clarity.
- Align: A quiet moment to gather your energy so you can return to your family feeling steady and present.
- Relax: Recieve soothing Reiki healing energy as you breathe.
