There is a special kind of energy that arrives in the Spring. The light stays a little longer, the air feels different, and almost instinctively, we start thinking about clearing things out. We open the windows, clear out, and organize the hidden physical clutter and dust that's collected over the winter.
But lately, I’ve been noticing that the deepest "dust" isn't in our homes. It’s the internal clutter we’ve been carrying around, the "shoulds" tucked away in the corners of our minds, and the old habits that just don't fit who we are becoming.
It is exhausting to keep trying to make an old way of living work when it clearly doesn’t anymore.
Cleaning out the soul is something to approach gently. It isn't a project to be finished or a problem to be solved. Sometimes, it is simply about being honest enough to look at a thought and say, "This is too heavy to carry. I’m ready to let it go."
As the world outside begins to bloom, remember that you don't have to rush. You are allowed to move slowly and take the quiet time you need. When you gently discover your inner truth, you realize that the space you're creating isn't empty—it’s where your real life is waiting for you.
