Sensitive, Not Broken: Reset in 3
The 3-Day Nervous System Reset for Highly Sensitive People
Crowds were never just crowds for me. There was too much noise, too many moving pieces, and unwritten social rules everyone else seemed to just know while I had to work to figure them out. I’d end up sitting quietly, watching the room from a distance, or laughing at the wrong moments simply because my body didn't know how else to hold the tension. Eye contact was uncomfortable. I even refused to wear my glasses for years, just to soften the sharp edges of a world that felt too intense.
Underneath all of that, I was absorbing everyone else’s mood. Someone else’s stress or sadness would land right in my chest, and I’d feel responsible for fixing it. I didn't have words for what was happening. I just knew my nervous system processed things differently, and it was exhausting in a way I couldn't explain to people who didn't feel it too.
Gentle somatic breathwork is what finally gave me a way to be in a room without hiding or putting on a mask. It gave me a daily ritual that worked with my body instead of against it—a quiet way to clear what wasn't mine to hold. In this program, I share these simple, heart-centered practices with you so you can feel grounded, calm, and safe in your own skin

Three days. Three daily rituals. A gentle return to quiet calm.
10–12 minutes per day. No sitting still and "clearing your mind" (which never works for a mind like yours anyway). Built specifically for how a differently wired nervous system actually runs: hot, fast, deep.
By Day 3, you'll have four tools you can use anywhere, invisibly, the moment you feel yourself flooding, spiraling, or shutting down, and a daily anchor that keeps you regulated long after the three days are over.
1
Learning the Language of Your Heart
Gentle awareness & your first daily ritual for sensory overload.
2
Releasing What Isn't Yours
Simple breathing to stay grounded mid-conversation without absorbing everyone else's energy.
3
Carrying Your Calm Strength
A 2-minute daily ritual to help you navigate your day feeling lighter, clearer, and centered.
The Program
Three days. Three daily rituals. A gentle return to quiet calm.
10–12 minutes per day. No screens. No rigid postures. No forcing your mind to "go blank." Just simple guidance built for a nervous system that gets overwhelmed easily by noise, crowds, and social pressure.

Questions
A few things people ask before they begin.
Why audio only?
Audio is actually better for HSPs: no screen fatigue, no visual overwhelm. Listen lying down, in the dark, on a walk. This was a deliberate design choice, not a limitation.
How much time does this actually take?
About 10–12 minutes per day. The tools inside take under 2 minutes to use on their own once you've learned them.
I've tried breathwork before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?
Most breathwork and meditation content is built for a baseline nervous system. One that isn't running hot, isn't flooding with sensory input, isn't wired for depth and intensity. That's why it's never stuck for you. This program starts with why your nervous system works the way it does, wired differently as it is, and every tool inside is chosen specifically for how that kind of nervous system experiences dysregulation. That context is what changes everything.
This isn't willpower. This isn't "just breathe." This is four specific, research-backed tools, sequenced for a mind and body like yours.
